Disco Donkey was born in Downtown Miami with a simple idea: take the food we love, pull inspiration from around the world, and have a little too much fun with it. Our menu starts with familiar favorites like smash burgers, fried chicken, and loaded fries, then takes them somewhere unexpected. Japanese techniques, Thai flavors, Latin ingredients, Middle Eastern spices, and Miami influences all find their way into the kitchen. The result is food that feels familiar at first glance, but unmistakably Disco Donkey when you take a bite.
Behind the playful name is a kitchen that takes its craft seriously. We obsess over the details, from Black Angus smash patties and house-brined pickles to scratch-made sauces, carefully built toppings, and recipes that borrow techniques and flavors from cuisines around the world.
